Mature Neighbourhood Revitalised with Bedok Residences
First integrated development in the East brings buzz to Bedok Central

Rising atop Singapore’s mature Bedok neighbourhood will be a spanking new shopping mall and a sleek private condominium, Bedok Residences. The new kid on the block is creating quite a stir not just because a private condominium in the area has long been anticipated; this residential development is also part of the first integrated development in Bedok.

Launched in November 2011, Bedok Residences comprises 583 residential units spread across eight 15-storey blocks. The urban oasis appeals to discerning homeowners with its sleek, vertical lines that contrast with the undulating, gentle sweeping curves of the mall below.
With its attractive attributes, Bedok Residences garnered strong public interest prior to its launch. Within the first hour of the launch, 66 units were snapped up, which means that at least one unit was sold every minute. By 5pm on the first day of launch, more than 350 units of the 450 units released for sale were sold. As at December 2011, over 80 per cent of the 583-unit development was sold.
